		<description>That&#039;s silly. It has nothing to do with being a good employer. It has to do with making the best impression. Interrupting your interview because you need to pee doesn&#039;t make a great first impression. It interrupts the first impression to discuss urinating. Doesn&#039;t matter how nice the employer is or how little they care about you going to the bathroom - if you want to maximize your chances, you don&#039;t ask to urinate during an interview. 		<description>The bathroom comment is stupid.  Yeah, it&#039;s always nice to pee before you get there, but the sign of a decent potential employer is one that offers to let you hit the lavatory before things get rolling.  It shows they are looking out for you and not just themselves.</description>
